Obama campaign 30 second ads
In the Fall of 2008, my last semester of college, I was in a motion graphics course that required me to choose a political candidate and create multiple 30 second ads. They had to have the same theme throughout and each tell a different message. Having already spent many months researching the web presence of the presidential candidates in my advertising course the semester before, I knew I wanted to create ads for Barrack Obama. (To read my analysis of the web presence of the presidential candidates, go here.) I chose snippets of Obama's various speeches and added typography to emphasize what he was saying. In a few ads, I even recorded myself playing saxophone and used that in the background.
